We had some logistical issues to deal with because during the same time period as the install I needed some grading done to the side of the house where the old AC unit was installed. Michael held my new unit for several weeks, promptly removed the old unit before the grading work began, prepped for the new install while the grading work was being done, then promptly installed the new unit immediately after the grading work completed.
